Eoin Joseph Gerard Morgan is an Irish born cricketer. He is the current captain of England National team in ODI and T20. He his first player to score a hundred playing for two nations. As he before playing for England he represented Ireland cricket team. Morgan is a left-handed batsman. He plays county cricket for Middlesex. Morgan has played for England’s Test, ODI and T20I teams. Eoin Morgan first came into international cricket circle when he was selected in the Irish Under-19 squad. He was first selected for the 2004 Under-19 World Cup. He was Ireland’s top run-scorer in the competition. After two years he captained Ireland in the 2006 Under-19 World Cup. Where he finished as the second-highest overall run-scorer.
Morgan made his One Day International debut for Ireland on 5 August 2006. He made his ODI debut at the European Championships against Scotland. His maiden ODI hundred came not long after. He made his ODI hundred playing for Ireland on 4 February 2007 against Canada in Nairobi. Morgan made his England debut in the second One Day International v West Indies in 2009.
